“I find my worst enemy to creativity is my own self-doubt.”
Lynton Bolton is an artist based in the city of Gloucester UK. Stemming from a background in both professional photography and graphic design, Lynton combines his talents in both crafts to create exceptionally photo realistic charcoal drawings of nature and wildlife.
His artistic process relies not just on his natural skill and talent, but also on his empathy and emotional connection to his artwork. His intricate pieces bear witness to an intimate respect of nature, but also an appreciation that has been enhanced by a lifetime of travelling and photographing far flung ecosystems. Through an immersive blend of art and observation, Lynton Bolton's work represents a visual celebration of the natural world and all of its creatures that call it their home.
Each piece of work takes around 200 - 400 hours to complete.
